By accessing or using the Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided at least 30 days before changes take effect via email or a prominent notice within the Service, such as on our website at https://webtalkbot.com. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Description of the Service
WebTalkBot is an AI-powered chatbot platform designed to process documents, answer questions, and provide 24/7 customer support. The Service allows you to create customized chatbots using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, which generates accurate responses based on your uploaded PDF documents or crawled website content. Key features include:
- Document processing for PDF text extraction and chatbot training.
- Website crawling for automatic knowledge base creation.
- Custom design options (brand colors, logos, welcome messages).
- Multiple AI models (e.g., GPT-4.1, Grok 3 Beta, Gemini 2.0 Flash).
- Deployment options (chat bubble, search box, custom integrations).
- Multi-language support and integrations with Telegram and Zapier (with Discord and Private API integrations coming soon).
2. Account Registration and Use
To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a username, email address, and website URL. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must not share your login details with others.
You must be at least 16 years old (EU) or 13 years old (US) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children below these ages, and we do not knowingly permit such use.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
WebTalkBot offers three subscription plans:
- Free Plan: $0/month, includes 40 monthly credits, 600K monthly characters, basic AI models, custom design options, and integrations.
- Standard Plan: $15/month, includes 1,000 monthly credits, 6M monthly characters, ad-free experience, and advanced AI models.
- Premium Plan: $99/month, includes 10,000 monthly credits, 12M monthly characters, all Standard features, branding removal, and AI voice chat (coming soon).
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan. By subscribing, you acknowledge that regular monthly credits and character limits renew each month, and unused regular credits and characters do not carry over to the following month. Additional purchased credits have no expiration date and are used only after monthly credits are depleted.
Credit consumption depends on the Large Language Model (LLM) you select in your chatbot settings. The credit cost per interaction (any question or response to chatbot’s answer) is as follows:
- GPT-4.1: 3 credits
- GPT-4.1 mini: 1 credit
- Grok 3 Beta: 4 credits
- Grok 3 Mini Beta: 1 credit
- Llama 3.3-70b: 2 credits
- Gemini 2.0 Flash: 1 credit
You are responsible for choosing the model that aligns with your credit allocation.You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. If we change the pricing of monthly plans or the credit consumption rates for individual LLM models, you may terminate your subscription within 30 days of receiving notice of the change, and we will provide a pro-rata refund based on your remaining credits, calculated proportionally to the unused portion of your subscription period, including any purchased credits.

4. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund of your subscription payment within 30 days of the payment date, provided you meet the following conditions:
- You have not used any monthly credits allocated to your plan.
- You have not used any characters for chatbot data sources (e.g., website crawling or PDF uploads).
This refund policy applies to situations where you forget to cancel your subscription, retain full credits and character limits, and request cancellation within 30 days of payment. No refunds are available outside these conditions or after 30 days, except as provided in Section 3 for price or credit rate changes.
5. Additional Credits
You may purchase additional credits at any time, regardless of your subscription plan. These credits have no expiration date and are used only after your monthly credits are depleted. Purchased credits remain available even if you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. The maximum character count for data sources cannot be purchased separately and is tied to your plan’s monthly limit, which does not carry over if unused.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate data sources (e.g., PDFs, website URLs) and ensure you have the right to use such content.
- Not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including uploading malicious code or engaging in activities that disrupt the Service.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass the Service’s security measures.
You are responsible for the content you upload or provide (e.g., PDFs, website data) and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. You are also responsible for securing your systems and data when deploying the chatbot on your website, Telegram, or other platforms.
7. Account Termination for Violations
In the event of gross violation of these terms, the operator reserves the right to immediately terminate and block your account without prior notice, and you will not be entitled to any refund. Gross violations include any illegal activities associated with chatbot usage such as spreading hate messages, child harassment, dissemination of false information, defamation, and similar offenses. In such cases, the operator reserves the right to immediately block your user account and restrict access to your user profile, and all illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BELNEM s.r.o. disclaims any liability for damages caused by the AI chatbot you deploy on your website, Telegram, or any other platform, including but not limited to inaccurate responses, user interactions, or third-party claims. We are not liable for any service outages, interruptions, or errors in the software, including those caused by third-party AI model providers or infrastructure services. You use the Service at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such use.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by BELNEM s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g., PDFs, website content), but you grant us a limited license to process and use such data solely to provide the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Publicity
With your prior written consent, we may identify you as a Customer and use your name, logo, trademarks, or service marks on our website or in marketing materials to demonstrate our clientele. Such use will not disclose any confidential information or compromise your privacy rights.
11. Integrations
The Service supports integrations with third-party platforms, including Telegram and Zapier, with Discord and Private API integrations planned. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary tokens or permissions (e.g., Telegram Bot Token) and for complying with the terms of such third-party services. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms.
12. Service Availability and Errors
We strive to ensure the Service is available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Issues such as “overloaded” errors may occur due to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Grok 3 Beta servers). 13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and any unused credits or subscriptions will not be refunded unless eligible under Sections 3 or 4.
14. Relationship of the Parties
These Terms do not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and BELNEM s.r.o. Both parties are independent contractors, maintaining their respective operations and autonomy while cooperating under these Terms.
15. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are strictly between you and BELNEM s.r.o. They are not intended to benefit any third party, nor shall any third party have the right to enforce any provisions herein, directly or indirectly.
16. Notices
Notices under these Terms will be sent via email to the address you provided during registration or through the Service. Notices to BELNEM s.r.o. must be sent to [email protected]. Notices are deemed delivered the next business day after emailing or immediately if provided through the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BELNEM s.r.o. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. The Service is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BELNEM s.r.o., its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property or privacy rights) caused by your uploaded content or actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through online arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral third-party arbitration service, such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), in the English language.
20. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BELNEM s.r.o. regarding the Service, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except in cases of mergers, acquisitions, or sales of substantially all assets. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor without consent. Unauthorized assignments are void.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to failures of third-party providers, natural disasters, strikes (excluding our employees), wars, or government actions.
- Amendments and Waivers: No modification to these Terms is effective unless in writing and agreed by both parties. No delay or failure to exercise a right constitutes a waiver unless expressly granted in writing.
